Ordered an ice cream with waffle cup and additional choco chips and gems.Didn’t not receive the additional items..when we called the establishment they hung up on us the 1st time and when we called them back a 2nd time the restaurant claimed they have forgotten the items and can’t initiate a refund..but in turn when we go the ice cream shop only then they can do something about it.Paid the full amount did not receive waffle cup or gems in the ice cream.
Small place with lots of flavours.Adding the fact that the location is most lively, can see range of people who are carving for ice cream at 11pm actively.I tried 2 ice rolls, banana blue berry and nutty and a Ferrero waffle upgraded to brownie waffle. If I had to rank then waffle would be the first it stole my heart away, really spongey and warm with ice cream melting on top. So I recommend this waffle.Talking about the place, it’s a very small place with limited number of seats; around 7 seats.

I ordered Ferro Rocher ice cream roll and it tasted worse than some local chocolate ice cream. In the menu they’ve mentioned that it would have hazlenuts, ferro rocher, etc but they just gave me plain chocolate ice cream which tasted very bad.
The icecreams here are good. They have a wide variety of flavours to choose from and the prices for the dishes are not that expensive and is affordable.
Nice place to hangout with friends. A lot of options to choose from. This place has soothing music to go with delicious ice cream. One of the must visit places in Mysore. Service is great as well.
