The food was very tasty and sufficient in quantity. The prize was also very reasonable. Apart from the ambience everything was perfect. A simple place with good food.
This is a legendary restaurant with a name for itself in this area. Look wise it’s a run down shack and not really a lifestyle restaurant. Its a nice place for its Vada sambhar or a masaladhar chilli Gobi. If you are looking for a nice ambience or a light spicy homely food, safe to avoid this place. Ideal for a take away option of south Indian items on a lazy Sunday morning.
This place is known for its maddur vada and Gobi.Coffee here is grt too. Fast service and delicious food that’s gud combi. As this is near to col and schools near by this place is always full.
I used to frequent this small restaurant during my college days. This is just like any other typical darshini one finds in Bangalore, nothing special about it.The Bhel Puri here has a unique taste. It is a must try for any one.Hygiene: 3/5Taste: 3.5/5Ambiance: What is ambiance? :)Quantity: 3.5/5With so many restaurants and fast food joints cropping up in Yelahanka New Town with the latest developments, this small restaurant can be easily skipped. Mast Kalandar, Polar Bear, and Dominos is located in the adjacent building.
Honestly I didn’t like the ambiance at all. The place is too crowded and things are a bit messy. But you definitely get good idlis and kesribath here. It’s deliciously sweet and affordable. The prices are pocket friendly. Worth visiting.
A below average hangout that finds customers because it s been here for a while, and hence a landmark. The gulab jamun at times is okay. That s about it. And yes, the person at the counter can be rude.
Maddur Vada here is just awesome. Very authentic taste. Even better the ones you get in Maddur Town which is on the way to Mysore. Hot filter coffee you get here is just perfect. Other main dishes you get here are also quite tasty. I wish their interiors match the taste. I would have given them a 5 if their ambience was better than what it is now.
