Staff behavior is rude.
The staff was very rude and don’t know how to behave with customers
We specifically called and asked if dancing is allowed, they said yes on call just so that we will go over there, then refused to let us dance . Whole plan to have fun night got ruined. Cannot trust them.
The staff there yesterday just couldn’t seem to get our orders right. First they gave us non veg food when we clearly ordered the veg version and seemed so hesitant to cancel the non veg food as if we were the ones who ordered it. Then later after a long time of waiting and reconfirming about two things in our order we realised that they never took the order in the first place. We had to sit there for so long to wait for our orders. And as a cherry of top of all of this, they served us all our drinks with plastic straws. I only gave it two instead of one stars because the fried basket was good.
Yesterday I visited Dennys pub with my Friend. This place is situated near RMZ mall such a cool and calm place to hangout with friends and you can spend hours. so overall ambiance was good. First we ordered French fries were perfectly hot and crisp then we ordered some more starters and then drinks. In Dennys pub you will get varieties of cocktails and mocktails. now lets talk about service, staff was so attentive specially Purushotam who Attended us. He was so polite and attentive and to be true is service is good You will definitely enjoy that place. So I would recommend this place to hangout with your friends.
Horrible service. Rude behaviour by staff. Would not recommend anyone to come here. Food and beverages are mediocre and still have to deal with staff’s illiterate behaviour!
The food was hot but fun. Drinks are reasonably priced, staff hospitable, good and loud music. Would recommend this place. Valet parking available.
