The newer Zaina Hotpot is better than the older one nearby the same compound. Service and the attitude of the service personnel’s can be made better.taste is average. Hoping for a revival. Ambience is 100 out of Hundred. Although one the normal option for food in Aluva. It can be given a 3.5 star rating altogether.
Arabian dishes are pretty good, in particular the shawarmas. The rest are meh. One thing I really enjoy is the veg korma and gobi manchurian. ( I order veg korma atleast twice a week). They go really well with the kerala porotas you get here. A place for filling comfort food. P.s. don’t order butter chicken cause it sucks big time

Good quantity food available here,taste not the best.Ordered pepper al faham but tasted more like the normal Al faham. But it was good and the quantity received was good in portion also ordered grilled chicken biryani which was also good.
Service was excellent. I have been ordering different types of dishes and they have been delivering food with good taste without much delay. Keep up guys
