SPINACH AND MUSHROOM CUTLET (Rs 249) from @mashrestocafe.Love at first sight indeed. 2 huge cutlets made of fried spinach and mushroom.Apart from these 2 main ingredients,it also had mashed potatoes, finely chopped capsicums and chillies. .Unlike the general characteristic of cutlets it wasnt crisp enough in the outside..It has a spiced tomato basil based sauce poured over the cutlets which is not only a treat to the eyes, but also our taste buds..To be accompanied with, the cutlets go well with the buttered rice provided. and boiled sauteed veges. I personally feel that the quantity of rice was a bit too less. .Along with it boiled potato went just well enough..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Ratings 4.5/5
