I visted haji ali with my friend last week at fortkochi. I have a few dissappointing and rude incidents that i would like to mention:(1) The wait staff were not polite and behaved in such a way that they never paid any attention to our table which was insulting to say the least.(2) Almost all the time they were chatting as a group at a corner.(3) When we complained that the falooda we received had a strange off taste , we were ignored.(4) I have been to the outlet at ravipuram and found that the service and food are good,so we went to fortkochi which is near by us to reach.now we are vey hesitate to visit again..
There is nothing as refreshing as a Haji Ali patented ‘Special’ Falooda on a hot sultry day in Kochi. Although I have been here a lot of times, it was the first time that I tried this special variant of Falooda. It was a cocktail of ice cream, fruits, berries and cream.We tried the dry fruit and kesar Falooda as well which were equally tasty and gave us a good alternative to ice creams and frozen yogurts.I wouldn’t call it easy on the pocket but the taste makes up for it.
Our favourite place for ice creams and yummy faloodas!! The new outlet is as good as any other Haji ali, personal favourites are special falooda, ice cream with fresh fruits, sitaphal cream and fresh juices. Their sandwiches are also really good savoury addition to all the sweet overload. Brilliant and highly recommended
Juices are pretty good but takes a lot of time to get food here. Waited for more than half an hour only to be served cold Pav Bhaji. Very disappointed.
