Came to Killians after the biennale happening at the aspen hall down the road: we weren’t looking for a place that served rice and curry but for a place decent enough timber sat down to have some local starters. It’s a boutique restaurant so the overall approach is rather slow from getting the menu to service. We ordered the chilly beef which in my head was to be the kerala style and a plate of chilly chicken the Chinese style. When it came both looked the same, it was prepped in Chinese style. Never the less it was good enough. Found the pricing slightly on the top for the quantity they served.Parking available inside the premise and ambiance too is quite nice.
NEVER ever do the mistake to visit this restaurant having non courteous and illmannered staff members . We waited for our order for more than 30 minutes and requested the waiter to get it , instead of pushing his kitchen people he had the courage of showing his menu card where it was written 35 minutes .Finally when the food came, it was totally tasteless served without cutlery , seems they believe that Lilly is the only restaurant in the city wherein they would do a great favour to the hungry customers. Totally waste of money and time .
Tried the Lily Grace at the Kilian Boutique hotel in Fort Kochi on a Sunday afternoon.Tried their Grilled Tiger Prawns which were good but the the sauteed vegetables accompaniements were mot upto the mark.We also tried the Chicken stew with Appams which were well prepared but I have tasted better in Kochi. The ambience of the place was excellent and service was good.If one is in the neighourhood its wiorth coming here for a bite but would not recommend coming here soecifically.
It’s got the feel of a sea side bar and restro and the woody ambience is appealing . As it is very close to their state of the art hotel you ll find a lot of foreigners and families at this outlet. We just had time for a beer but it was served cold so we were happy . heard a lot about the sea food . Will definitely try next time I am here !
Loved this place. Fantastic ambience, cold beer, smiling staff and best Kerala fish curry we had on the trip! Cost is reasonable and in a great location.
Tried liked some of the things but loved the ambienceAnd people. What I liked more about this place is the people behind it. CiaoI give ambience – 5.0
