I am sorry to inform you that your food was unsatisfactory at so many levels. That is not the quality of food that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to make sure that your customers are getting hot food. And also i ordered food at 8.18 pm and i received at 9.20,almost one hour for delivering food.
