We were traveling back from Alleppey to Pune and had some time before our flight. We took a stroll on the Marine Drive in Kochi and decided to have dinner here as it is near Marine drive.The ambience is really very good. However sadly that is the only good thing. They don’t serve most of the things they have on the menu.We ordered a Cauliflower Manchurian, however they did not have it. We ordered a couple of other items all of which was not available.Finally we settled for veg fried rice and sweet and sour vegetable gravy (Chinese). Both of them were okay. I had a peach ice tea and Shruti had a sulemani tea. Ice tea was good however the sulamani tea was not upto the mark. It had more water than required.The service was not that good as the staff was confused most of the time and took a lot of time in service. They served us water after about 30 mins for reaching the place.Although they were really helpful in advicing how to reach the airport using Kochi metro.A lot of work need to be done to make things better at this beautifully designed place.

The worst place I have ever visited in my life. They didn’t even give water to drink. We had ordered potato wedges and raspberry ice tea. The tea was almost hot in nature and had no flavor of raspberry! The potato wedges were just oil deep fried potato pieces served with cheap watery tomato sauce! We had a cold coffee too and it was also below average. The bill was 325!!!!! The staff had no manners and their service was too bad! Such a waste of time and money for customers!!!!! There were lot of mosquitoes to give us great company!
The ambience of the place is certainly pleasant. The interiors are beautifully done and the place has a cosy feel to it. The chicken burger and sandwich were good. Although the size of the patty is small and could have been a bit more juicier. Loved the presentation of the food. The paal chai was fine too.Overall a good place to just hang out and chill 🙂
It is a wonderful place! I had starters from this place and it was very very tasty! And also the drinks are also quite good! Ambience is good 🙂 Aneesha M Pareeth
March 2017 review:This is only my initial review of Tea O’Clock. Their sandwiches are nice. Burgers are ok. I have yet to try out their steak so they may receive a higher rating in the future!
