Used to come here for appam veg stew when I stayed nearby. Always good quality and good service. Never crowded. I have good memories. I think it’s technically a part of the Yuvarani hotel.Yuvaranis proper restaurant in main building is a lovely place to escape heat but I got food poisoning at their buffet some ten years back. Plus I don’t like the live musician playing dinky depressing versions of American pop music.

After searching for a place for some continental breakfast,I got this place.its a small restaurant which is a part of yuvrani hotel.Ambience : Its a very small place but very neat and pleasant.the service too is really good.Food: As i went there in morning for some breakfast.they had two options.first thr continental combo,which comes with toast,butter,juice and fruits.(for which I actually went,as we have very few places in kochi which serve continental breakfast ) the other breakfast combo they had was tharavadu special breakfast which comes with appam,veg stew,juice.We ordered the combo one with veg stew nd other with egg curry nd served with pineapple juice.The food was hot nd yum.really gud.Bascially I went for continental breakfast but as my sweet friend mind changed.we changed our mind but still its really a good place to try out.MUST TRY.
