Went there on suggestion. Really sorry to say that the service as well as the food was a dissapoinment. The oreo monster shake looked good but felt too thin as I could literally taste the water content being too high.. The pizza should not be called pizza if it is served this way.. I literally could not hold the pizza slice in my hand as all the toppings were coming sliding down because of less sincerety in the cooking process.. The pasta I had ordered arrived too late that we supposed they might have forgotten about it..The only good thing about this place is its ambience .. have to say one of the best hangout spots. Otherwise its a big no from me.

First of all very neat and great interior. When I first visited this place I just wanted something which was crispy and crunchy and there it was the one person broaster combo and it was great. But the second and third visit started making there food feel imperfect in taste. The second visit I wanted broaster again but for a change I got the BBQ steak, there it goes the meat was over cooked and it was hard to eat, the sauce had something left out over-all it was bad. The third visit(all because of a Instagram post) the hunger to eat that I visited the place again, where I ordered the Chessy lock- special burger and surprise monster both had the look but the taste it was bad. BURGER filling was great, SURPRISE MONSTER beginning was great but both when we get to the end it seems bit imperfect of the taste. I would love to visit you again but only if the food gets better. Hope you get what I say, hope we meet again.#ithavetochange
One of the best Cafe i’ve ever been in kochi, the cafes ambience and food is just too good. I’ve been hearing about this place for a while and finally i paid a visit to the shack bistro. The place is at ernakulam to be exact nearby convent junction. The Main thing i loved about the cafe was the interiors, i can be very sure that there’ll only few cafes in kochi who have did a good job in interiors with a go green theme by avoiding plastic and all.Coming to the food we started with fried momos, Nuggets, beef Tacos, french fries and all which was pretty good in-fact the fried moms and beef taco was awesome. Then we tried chicken steak, Banana Republic and few burgers of Shack everything tasted pretty good, the one which i liked the most was the Chicken steak because the chicken was cooked to perfection and the sauces where perfect not to peppery or something not intense, plus it was served with veggies and potatoes mash. Then we moved on to the Shakes of Shack, it’s the best part of the cafe. The shake comes in pretty good sizes and the rates are pretty economic too, not to pricey, we tried Peano Butter Shake and Oreo play which was so good. The overall experience was pretty good, the food was great, loved the ambience. The place is just perfect to hangout with your loved ones. The staff service is also pretty good, they have the eagerness to ask if the comes needs anything. Highly Recommend
The interiors of this place in on fleek ! I visited this bistro cafe the very next day after its opening ! Was super impressed with their service and food ! Later on they got closed for a few months and then they reopened with a BANG !Their menu is so diverse but most of the items are not available at times,which is super depressing! Not to mention about the waiting time ! But it’s a good place to hangout with friends! I usually prefer to go to this place when I am depressed bcus the ambience of this place somehow helps me in lifting my mood up !

A very good cafe with excellent ambience and affordable rates. One must definitely try out their monster shakes. They are too good and the best part is the prize. Also, they have an interesting menu with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Overall its a chill spot to hangout with your friends.
