മോശം ഭക്ഷണം + മോശം മാനേജ്മെന്റ് = ഇതാണ് Malaya Restaurant. ഇവടെ നിന്നും ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചിട്ട് Food Poison കിട്ടിയ ആളാണ് ഞാൻ. (ഇപ്പോൾ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ നിന്നു വരുമ്പോൾ ഇട്ട പോസ്റ്റ്‌ ആണ് ഇത്.) ഇവരുടെ മാനേജ്മെന്റ് നെ ഈ കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചെങ്കിലും പുച്ഛത്തോടെ ഉള്ള വളരെ മോശം മറുപടി ആണ് ഇവരുടെ ഓണർന്റെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും ഉണ്ടായത്. ഇത്രയും അഹങ്കാരം നിറഞ്ഞ, കസ്റ്റമർന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തെ ബഹുമാനിക്കാത്ത, ചെയ്ത തെറ്റ് അംഗീകരിക്കാതെ Food poison അടിച്ചത് അവരുടെ ഫുഡിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം കൊണ്ടല്ല കഴിച്ച കസ്റ്റമർന്റെ വയറിന്റെ കുഴപ്പം ആണ് എന്നു പറയുന്ന ഒരു മാനേജ്മെന്റിനെ ഞാൻ ആദ്യം ആയി കാണുകയാണ്. എന്തായാലും ഇനി ഒരിക്കലും ഞാൻ ഇവടെ പോവില്ല!!

Very bad food . This Malaya is damn shit .The food is so bland and stale. dont destroy the name Malaya started by Lee. I will surely tell friends to dare not experience your food and make a hole in the pocket and stomach
I had a very bad experience here and i had specifically ordered veg chopsuey and ended up getting a non veg chopsuey and after eating a spoon of it,realised it was non veg and had to spit it and out and then later when i cancelled it and complained about it,they told me that they had cancelled it from the bill,but once a vegetarian eats a non veg dish that cannot be cancelled to,and there’s flies all over the place and it ended up in the glass that i was drinking from.
Not a good place ordered american chopsey. Got inedible pieces of chicken and pork. Never going to that place. The service was lousy. I had high expectations since I had been a customer for 22 years. But quality sucks.
Green ambience contrary to red at the palarivattom branch. The food here taste more or less the same as the Palarivattom Malaya. The quantity seemed a bit less. A good dine place if you prefer to have Chinese. Good service, lighting, parking and taste. Must visit place if you are in love with China. The rates are reasonable with all Chinese varieties available here.
