Extremely Terrible experience. Had to wait literally an hour to wait for food. We ordered butter chicken and malabar chicken curry. We ordered butter chicken twice and it felt like we got literally two different dishes both times. Even the service staff didn’t bother to inform us about the situation and did not even try to help us on their side. Infact we recieved the plates on our table after we complained the first time. An utter waste of time. This hotel has every potential to turn off your mood. The only star might be given to the ambience but the treatment and food Quantity fucks up everything. Best decision is to travel a little and visit an udipi restaurant and have better food.
