Was treated rudely by the F & B manager Mr Rijo Varghese during one of my visit lately. In a 5 star, there is no space for arrogance and rude behaviour. A bitter experience!
Stayed at the trident for 3 nights and must say that the service standards at the restaurant are simply awesome. Likewise, the food in terms of taste as well as presentation. Clearly, a cut above.
