Oven heated biriyani with bad chicken pieces

I am a fan of your special meals. But today I ordered Chicken 65.When you get an order for a dry side dish, please try and keep some gravy also.The salad had almost nothing in it and the appam was very cold.
Food items are not sufficient compared to the price,about quarter only.please avoid discount and give actual cost.quality of the food need improvement
