We have recently visited this restaurant recently opened near Carnival infopark(next to Ifthar) and the service is very bad. So disappointed on the interaction with customer and service.The food is better good, but the service is poor.

Recently I have visited this hotel, they teached us how to have rice without curry and we can have starters at time of they are giving BILL. So please better not to go there.If you are looking for some fantasy while having food,please visit Awaany Restaurant Edachira, Kakkanad.(Recently opened near to infopark)NB:- Before visiting there you have to make sure, they are having gas connection. 🙂 and its working.

This is for the restaurant that recently opened near Carnival infopark(next to Ifthar). We had been there for a team lunch. We pre-ordered our food at 11AM. We reached the restaurant at 1.00PM. Firstly, the delivery of the food we ordered was very very bad, that it took so long to reach our table. And there were starters in the list which came at the end. It is so terrible that the we had to wait so long for the main dish for which the curry was served first. At one point, none of the waiters showed up and we had to go to them and asked about the order. When asked about the delay, the waiters were so denial about it. We had to cancel all the rest of the orders which seemed to be delayed as well. And when we said we are going to cancel our orders, the manager and waiters did not even try to be sorry for this or give assurance that there won’t be any further delay(at least for a name sake). Totally unprofessional.
