One of the worst restaurants in this category in Cochin. Tried some of their Chinese dishes. Was it Chinese??? I doubt. Fried rice was some over cooked rice mixed with boiled shredded chicken. Bland!! Chicken dishes were also the same.. Will never visit again..
•193Food: We ordered Fish curry Meals and Karimeen Pollichathu. Fish curry meals – The meals had a big portion of rice, a cup each of fish curry(thenga arachathu), moru curry, sambar and rasam and a small quantity of avial, thoran and pickle served along with a small pappad. Fish curry was delicious, but all the other items were just mediocre.Karimeen Pollichathu – I personally expected this dish to be a dry fried fish, but it was served as a fish fry coated with some gravy. But still the fish was well cooked, soft and tasted fine, so I was not much disappointed.Service: It took around 15 mins to receive our order, which was quite OK. Service was fine, but I think the karimeen was too small for the price they charge.Overall: I think this would be an okayish place for lunch, for people who love to have some spicy food. I am still yet to try a lot other dishes from here to give a complete decision on this place.
Bad food. Ordered some non veg dishes – nadan beef curry, Roast chicken – nothing tasted good enough. Kappa and fish curry (neymeen) was also not good. In fact, I thought the neymeen was rotten. Did not eat the fish.
Just like any other kerala desi joint. Try if you want to try kerala food and if ur located near this joint as there are numerous of them located in Kerala. HAd pepper chicken , appam, chicken fried rice , soup and packed Kappa, Aila Meen curry and all was average , nothing to complain and light on pocket. The one I went to is the kakanad joint which is located at the seaport road next to Palaram. A mediocre joint which can b tried if near this place.
A really nice place..Loved the curries..Always crowded.. But worth a wait..
Waste place. Will try only once. Good luck. Tried Thiruvankulam outlet. Food quality is below average with above average pricing. Location is the only advantage.
This place is located in the food court of Lulu Mall. The menu has typical Kerala dishes like appam, puttu, kadala , beef ularthiyathu etc.We had puttu beef combo, parotta with beef ularthiyathu and a lime juice. The food was decent, if not great. But the quantity served did not match with the prices charged.
