I ordered a fried chicken burger and chicken topped fries and what I received did not live up to the hype at all. Their crinkle cut fries are good but the topping was just off and as for the burger, it was spicy which I liked but not as good compared to fried chicken burgers available at a lot of other places in the same locality. Overall it’s a cool setup but the food is not all that great.

I ordered a fried chicken burger The patty was burned.This is when I ordered for delivery.I guess going there and having would be better.Burger was not upto the mark.
Hoggers Gourmet is one of the few places I’ve frequented right from when they opened up. It was interesting to see what the food truck experience had to offer. So far I’ve tried the Hoggers Special Beef Burger, Fried Chicken Burger, Chicken Burger, Beef Topped Tater Tots, Chicken Tacos and a couple of their drinks namely, the Mint Mango and the Cold Coffee With Chocolate. The first thing that stands out is their use of quality ingredients especially vegetables, which are super fresh. Getting to the food, the Tater Tots are my favorite by far. The Tacos are really good as well with yum fillings but I’ve found the hard shell tacos to be a bit too greasy. The burgers have juicy patties and use good quality cheese but I feel like they have something missing and could be even better. Among the drinks, the Cold Coffee was good while the Mint Mango was spectacular and the clear winner of the two. Overall, Hoggers Gourmet offers a good Mexican Street food experience and with a few tweaks, is surely in for the long haul. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
