I have ordered Atapradhaman today. It was fine but should have added some more coconut milk and have reduced unusual sweetness. But the palatapradhaman I ordered last week was excellent.
Unless you go looking for the shop you are likely to miss it. This small outlet is situated on the right side of the road if you are coming from Palarivattom junction towards pipeline signal. That does not hamper their business as I am sure most ppl have ordered in payasam from there rather than actually going to the shop and picking it up. Now coming to the fare on offer, payasams of different varieties from regular old semiya and paal payasam to exotic sounding fruit payasam await you at this shop, if you are lucky enough to order early. I’ve tried their fruit payasam, semiya, Ada pradhaman and parippu payasam. All are excellent. Fruit payasam is like a light custard with fruits in it. I hope to try other stuff soon. Great payasam options for those of us who had been hoping that we’d get to buy some on occasions other than Onam. Decent quantity at affordable prices and the packaging ensures that there is no spillage on delivery.
