Once I dropped my Pepsi by accident when I was carrying it back to my table. I accepted that I have lost my Pepsi so I went back all glum to eat the rest of the meal from what I ordered. 3 minutes later, the waiter came with another fresh cuppa Pepsi for me. I looked seemingly confused and told him that I didn’t pay for it. He gave me a merciful smile and indicated that “it’s okay, it’s on us” with his eyes. My husband and I melted because of his kindness. He later courteously cleaned up the mess I had initially made when I dropped my Pepsi. I couldn’t stop smiling at him in gratitude. Little things like this does speak loads about the customer service in Trivandrum. The people are so kind. Thanks to that boy who showed kindness to us that day. I love KFC Trivandrum. Taz James
This is to notify KFC about the highly irresponsible service i faced on Spet 18 2019 from KFC Pattom Store,Thiruvananthapuram. A group of irresponsible Manager & Asst Manager called me on phone and humiliated till their max level (ashamed to call them by this Designation). Above said Manager Mr.Arshad called from 963 375 0903 and talked to me in such a lowly impolite manner by using a low recommended word (in Regional Language) to address me during call which isnt suited to address a customer. Also Mr.Arshad disconnected the call without a proper resolution and i called him back again, his response was pathetic. I wonder how a Manager could talk in such a manner impolitely. Extremely disappointed with the conversation with Mr.Arshad. Prior to Arshad’s call, Asst Manager Mr.Mithun called from 755 881 0128 and inquired about the delay or non acceptance of food delivery. I ve mentioned the reason why it happened but his talks gone wrong and putting blame on me. Never expected such kind of lowly communication experience from a KFC branded MANAGER & Asst MANAGER. If this is the way Mr.Arshad & Mr.Mithun address a customer then in no time u may need to call a Packers & Movers to reach KFC Pattom store. Those two guys are real humps and such a shame to KFC brand. Those guys doesnt even know how to address a customer politely or in a professional manner. Better you should appoint some Security Guards as Store Manager instead of Arshad, atleast they may handle customers in a better way.
