The quality and taste of the food was below par, actually pathetic. The dishes were cold. We ordered amongst other things shredded crispy pork which was cold and the quality of the meat was not at all good. The quality of soup as poor, full of cornflour. Food is severed in melamine plates. Ambiance is pathetic and it takes extremely long to get the food. Will never recommend this place. Not worth the price you pay.We rated it a one star as there is no negative star available
We used to love this place for the food few years back. Last week we had been to this place after almost an year, but the taste and quality of food was pathetic! We ordered dragon chicken and honey glazed beef, it was full of cornflour. The meat was not good! Taste of food has deteriorated so much. If you still relish the old taste of this restaurant don’t visit again, you would be disappointed!!!
Have been a fan of Golden Dragon for a long time but I think their quality is definitely coming down. The Honey Glazed Sesame Pork is still great, but there Schzewan noodles and the American Chopsuey we ordered was definitely below par.
I usually love the food at Golden dragon, but then today they have burned up the honey glazed pork, and hence my special fried rice was not a good experience.
A really important part of dining here is the authenticity. There is a good selection of different preparations available here although tofu is a must try. Do go for the chow chow rice and the chopsuey here. The soups are pretty good and the service is neat. The food is delicious and enjoyable although it’s worthy to experiment to find out the jewels in the cuisine sometimes. Do ask for chopsticks though if you need a pair.
The ambiance there is very pleasant! I tried the chilly garlic noodles and they were absolutely perfect.the right amount of individual tastes. The Fried rice was all decent!For starters definitely order the spring rolls, they are delicious.
Great food and reasonable prices.. A must go place for people who love chinese cuisine. Fun place to go with family or to hangout with buddies.
