We recently ordered 3 onion uthappams, 1 butter cheese dosa and 2 chef special dosas.To my utter disappointment all we got was a tiny bowl of chutney. And it was really amazing, what made them think that one tiny bowl of chutney would suffice the entire crowd.I have seen this happen twice during my orders from madurai. Irrespective of the amount of dosas we order, the quantity of the chutney remains the same.Also kindly see to it that onion uthappams are well cooked and crisp before you package them. We’re ordering online for the easiness in getting the food we love. But to be very honest I would think again before doing the same. Why the difference in your online orders and you’re in dine experience?There are great options in vegetarian food these days so I guess keeping a check on your quality and quantity would keep your customers happy. Just a feedback from my side but do wish that you would have some key takeaways from the review.
