wrongly delivered food
I went there alongwith my wife today evening. We were the 1st customers. We just ordered 2 juices. It took them 40 minutes to serve the juice. On enquiring about the delay, the sever lied than pineapple and orange were over and they had to buy; this was never informed to us. And the Manager gave a contradicting explanation and he was arguing unwantedly. We paid the bill and left. This was our 1st time and our last time as well. The quantity was very less for the price they take. I would never recommend this place to anyone just because of the poor service. The taste was fine.
Well if you are around the Info park area you would have seen this place. It has a good ambience and seatings and is a good place to relax and chill with your friends.But coming to the main point here, the food, its not as good or pleasing as the ambience there. The food is just average. Its pricey too. Its not just about the price you pay, the food was not worth the high price you pay. We tried their cheesy beef fries, and was very disappointed. The fries didn’t have the crispness or texture of a good fries. The cheese topping were so weird and the beef pieces were very scarce. The whole presentation was not at all appealing. The rating is mostly due to its ambience. Nothing else has any wow factor there.
Ordered 3 items. 2 were colossal disasters(tenderloin beef stake and cream of chicken soup). Hot dog was manageable. Took a chance despite seeing bad reviews in zomato.. Regret it now. Waste of a prime location.

Neat and cozy place, the first thing that comes to your mind is the friendly staff with decent service. The food isn’t costly as it seemed in the first place, rather it justifies the price value. Never thought I’d like this place, now I make it a point I visit this place as often as I can. They do serve pretty good hot dogs (not many restaurants in Kochi can boast off), sandwiches and steaks.My ratings would be, Food – 4.5, Service – 4.5, Staff behaviour – 4.5, Price Value – 3.5, Ambience – 4.5 and Cleanliness – 4.Overall Rating – 4.25 out of 5
