ordered Half Al-fahm, 3 Porotta & 3 extra Kuboos from Arabian Hot Spot (35/3103 A1 Mass Building, Rosakutty Memorial Road AIMS, Elamakkara, Kochi) through Zomato today evening (Feb 08, 2020 at 08:18 PM).Instead of Half Al-fahm, I was provided Quarter Al-fahm with foil cover opened. Once I made a call to delivery boy he didn’t attend the call. Then I made a call to Hotel still no one attended. I have been using this zomato application about 3 years till now, I haven’t face such a situation. This order was made for the guest , but i felt really ashamed when the incorrect order was delivered to me..
