The food is pretty nice. To be frank they have awesome fish frys and curries which are freshly caught by the staff. We had a little chat with chef and he was more than happy to hear our opinions and that the dishes will be a bit late because he has started preparing it only after we ordered but the wait was worth it.
Beautiful ambience, great service, tasty food and personalised service. What more do you want. You eat like a King in Dutch Palace, finely maintained, which is about 200 years old.V Shankar
Well i have been here during my kerala tour.i have had dinner and breakfast.both were buffet.the dinner buffet was awsome..all the items were brilliant..the murgh malai and grilled fish deserves special mention.the desert was nice as well.i had one thing new in desert..the coconut souffle..it was really soft and melted smoothly..coming to breakfast..the idli and bada were made perfectly..the chicken sausages and pancakes were additional delights..the vanilla shake and watermelon juice completed the heart breakfst before embarking on our journey to Munnar.
A Palace you have to ride a boat, to reach. You will love the place for experience.The grand old structure will take you back in time. Food ? sometime live the experience.
It is a wonderful place.Ambience is very good. Food is awesome. I like puri, mushroom curry, pagoda. Staff are very friendly. This island palace gives you good memories.
I had dinner and buffet breakfast as a part of my stay at Bolgatty Palace Resort. Both the spreads had variety . I loved their dal and Roast Chicken in the dinner buffet and the Upma in the breakfast .Food was fresh and tasty
Eating in a palace is always a thrill. This old Dutch palace is on an Island with great view all around. Since the restaurant is managed by the Kerala tourism department, the service and food is nothing extraordinary. A place worth visiting maybe just once.
