Delivery Man from Sukumar Food Court, Tripunithura has collected an addtional payment amount of Rs.26/- from home towards Extra Delivery Charges (in addition to Rs.27/- you have already charged towards Delivery in your bill); as he was telling that our residence area (Thiruvankulam Junction) is not coming under their delivery circle, and hence, I have to pay. If, that was the case, Zomato should have clarified the same at the time of placing the order itself.Food quality (Chicken items) supplied and the quantity was OK, but the quality of Porotta should have to be improved considerably.

People like him showing disrespect and no value for customers doesnt deserve to serve people by running a hotel business.
Worst paneer butter masala I’ve ever eaten. That too very less in quantity. Ordered on zomato app and delivered in time. There was no butter or onion in the item.
