They have their own rulebook on Zomato gold 2+2 drinks offer, you can only avail the offer on 30ml ( small ) , if you order two large whiskey they consider it as 4 drinks and consider one of it free, however zomato gold all around India has offer of 2+2 on large and small drinks both. Also the name says sheesha, but they don’t serve sheesha here.

To start things first, it’s a beautiful property with a nice open area and a spacious enclosed area for family and couples. The decors are beautiful and the live music gives the extra vibe(but seriously lata mangeshkar and kishore at a lounge?) . They also have a valet parking system which is extremely rare to see in our town. Now coming to some negatives, their staff is highly untrained and have literally no idea about the menu. They were totally clueless on what to recommend and the service was quite slow. Just to bring a bottle of water and an extra menu card they took eternity. Finally the manager came and suggested us some dishes and we went for it. Kali mirch tikka was average, like anyday chicken Tikka so with extra dose of plack pepper, nothing new. The green chutney kept on the table had gone bad and it was stinking as if it was kept there for days. Smoked fish was good and was the best of the eve among the stuffed kulcha. The veg pulav was typical as one would expect, nothing extraordinary. Then the dish I was eagerly waiting was their mutton kepsa chilli rice. The waiter came twice saying that it’s a dish for 4 people and I got excited thinking it would be something like what I tasted in Lebanon. It took a good 45 minutes to arrive and what a disappointment. 6-7 chunks of mutton placed on the top of around half a kilo of Biryani rice. Seriously guys, does your chef has any idea about persian or Arabic cuisine? On complaining they said that’s how they make it, can’t complain about someone who has no idea what they are doing. Service was pathetic at a 80% empty place as well.On the top, their liquor prices are exorbitant, a beer for 700bucks.. Thanks I ll rather drink one on my way out listening to better music. On my next visit, thinking to give it another try, my experience was even worse. I was given a seat outside in the scorching 45degress where their coolers were not even working. The waiter looked like a street side loafer has been given a costume and had no idea and grooming whatsoever. Just ordered some quick starters and decided to leave. And hello, more disappointment the tikkas are cold from inside though coming on a sizzler platter, as if their cook forgot to reheat them properly after taking out of refrigerator. On complain they brought the order again and this time they covered it with a lid while bringing as if the outside temperature was playing any role. As a person belonging to hospitality i could only laugh.I could have given the place a negative rating on management, but an extra star only for the interiors and concept. The outside sitting area will surely rock if the weather is good, but as of now it’s a big *NO*

Sheesha Sky Lounge is a centrally located lounge which is one of the finest in the city and to add to the charm they have Live Music. Though I am inclined to rate them higher but the food and the service are not at par with the place. A sea change is required in the lounge.
