I had visited Mahak recently and the food the service was terrible. Despite of a good number of waiters they had a very callous approach towards the service. The soup was not up to the mark and they were not confident about their own dishes to be served. My friends ordered butter chicken which was old and not tender. Not worth the money at all.
My friends and I visited ‘Mahak’ in Ramaya on 8 Feb 2020. To start it off, the service was horrible despite of very few people at the restaurant. Secondly, the Soup was not cooked well and lastly the butter chicken was old and NOT AT ALL tender. Despite of all of these issues the staff was not courteous enough to resolve the issue well and not cooperative at all.
We were 13 people and gave an order in advance so that we don’t have to wait much. Hence we found the service excellent.The waiters polite and food quality was also decent. Only found two negative points, one, honey chilli potato was not sweet and Little spicy and secondly the paneer in the curry was bit hard.Overall I would like to visit the place again and hence rating it 5!
Excellent services with good staff
Been here a while ago. Food is tasty, Ambience is good. Options to the veg side lesser to the non veg side. Am a veggies options were less but food was tasty.
The only positives about dining at this place are it’s ample parking space, convenient location and lots of private dining rooms for groups and parties. Food can be better and services are ok
Food is very tasty and they always give fresh food. Takes time for your order to get delivered but it worths a wait. Each plate of main course is more than enough for 3 peoples. Price of food is also not very high, with zomato you can get discounts
