I ordered Biryani at 8:15 pm and the restaurant took around 45 mins to complete the order. Later the Zomato guy told that their Biryani was over and hence they procured from somewhere else. The biryani was horrible and extensive spicy. No standard at all. Please do not order from such hotels that have so low mentality thinking that customer can end up eating any cheap quality biryani. Totally disgusting. Instead they should have either cancelled the order for me. I was not informed by the Zomato guy either that the food was being packed from somewhere else. Not professional service from Zomato.
