Extremely terrible and tasteless food.Had the worst Alfredo Pasta ever. It was uncooked and awful. It was nothing, but penne in a bowl of milk with grated cheese on the top. On complaining about it, the manager kept arguing to keep his point. Disappointing service and no quality. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a good ambiance, this is just NOT the place.
Being die hard steak n sizzler fans, we had to go check out the festival at Kinara. The rating is essentially for the view. The organizers obviously had no clue about the smoke from the sizzlers. We walked into the restaurant and couldn’t see much coz it was all smoke. They did offer a complimentary beer with any platter you ordered. So we went ahead and ordered a schezuan chicken sizzler and a bug boss tandoori chicken sizzler. Primarily these aren’t typical steak items. They didnt have any normal steak items. There were about 7 non veg and 7 veg itens on the menu. Both the sizzlers were bad. Not hot. Not tasty. Priced at 450 n 350 for non veg n veg sizzlers respectively , the festival was a flop.
Been going here for 20+ years now. Always a mixed bag. Totally hit or miss on the service / food quality benchmarks.If there is a function / gathering which needs their attention then you might not even get a repeat order of the bread selection. Else they shall treat you like all important. Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.
Kinara as the name itself but sorry to say they hav only kinara i.e the lake view.Very slow service , courtesy/attitude rating was satisfactory,variety rating very good but that limits to the menu book , not on the plate, quality of service was poor , quality of food was satisfactory and most important value for money poor . Grilled fish in pepper steak sauce , i am amazed they served rehu fish instead of salmon fish . Suggestion they need to work on interiors and lot more on service part so that the the boys should serve water by their own on your arrival . Plz dont try when they have parties in their banquets ,their prime focus. To general manager ,ashok comfort hotels please provide valet parking .
