A beautiful location-secluded ambience, one would die hard to make such a place work into happening one. Inspite being requested to heat the donut, the staffer had thghts that chocolate will melt, well this is how v eat donuts with melting chocolate and hot buns burning your tongue. Ironic is the case with sugar side up. Impressed by donuts and churuus offered in food festival, we went here but ended up being dissatisfied. cafes are meant to be exited one, we have so many in the city. You dont feel being welcomed here,it just appears like a park. I really hope with such talent of bakery this place doesnot end up as wasted one
Sugar Side Up is just amazing. We went there on Christmas Eve and it was so beautifully decorated and had all kinds of bakery items. Cute , yummy and very low at cost. Ambience ? 4/5. Bakery Items ? 4/5. (Muffins are not good at all , Churros are great though.)Service? 5/5.
Ordered a chocolate donut. It was stale, hard and smelled like oil. Not at all expected stale food when you order online. It was meant to be for a child, it could make him sick. Not at all recommended.. would have given a zero rating if were an option.

I love brownies so when I saw them on their menu I just had to get one. I can say for certain that their millionaire brownie is one of the best in the city. I regret not having the patience to fetch some vanilla ice cream though. I also tried their Belgian truffle pastry and it was what you would expect it to taste like. Both the items were extremely fresh.
