Worst experience ever in terms of service!Food was average but in the era of service in F&B industry they perform much below average..I hosted a party and was embarrassed to the core, since all my guests were waiting with plates in their hands for chapatis, veggies..Horrible experience.They booked 6-7 parties, when they can only manage 2-3 parties with the existing staff and resources.#NeverVisit #SayNoToShivalay #WorstExperience #MoneyDrained

As i was staying at Hotel Divya Palace at Indore so we ordered for room service dinner from their in house Shivalay restaurant. We ordered Punjabi Paneer and butter Naan. Both items have great taste it was so yummy. Service was too good. Very reasonable price.Taste 4.5/5Service 4/5Value for money 4/5
Food tastes Okay. Good quantity at lower rate. Ambience and food resembles to gurukripa. Giving 3 starts as service is too slow. Can be improved.
First thing place is not accessible for my wheelchair users friends there is three stairs to cross next ambience is good better then other pure vegetarian restaurant in our city service was really very slow and food was ok ok not soo..good
Zomato pls update ur info for this restaurent. Its address is malwa mill oppost. Chandragupt cinemas.But even though i loved it. A fine dining experience. The staff is very responsive, the service is fast and the food was nice. I liked the veg kebabs and loved the paneer pasanda. Dal tadka was also good.I would definitely visit again becaz its close to my home and rates are low comparing to the service, the quality of food and the quantity(in many restaurants one dish serves to 3 but here,its quantity was good for 4).
