It’s a really beautifully decorated hotel. Good food, good ambience, mostly family and corporate crowd. Cooperative staff. Improvement area- They could replace/ refurbish the furniture (sofas) in the restaurant, has gotten old and has lot of stains.Good place to stay but a little further from the main city.

Very less choices in starters and main course also they refused to take gold , when we talked to customer care of zomato than they agreed.o veralll experience is one time visit
Very polite and courteous staff that go the extra mile for a happy patron and returns for their mistake. A la carte and buffet available in this expansive hotel restaurant. Food is nice and large portions. Live music is a plus.
Visited pride for a family members bday celebration turned out to be a really bad experience . The waiters lacked in providing proper services they were not trained and were less in no. and also the managers were ignorant . Crockery was so unclean that we would not even touch it ! But to save the day the director Mr. Ravinder came to listen to our concerns and then the quality was improved but by then our dinner was almost done but somehow resulted in a happy ending!
