Effotel has been synonymous with exemplary experiences altogether, and they raise the bar higher with their Italian Food Festival. Say no to Pasta and Pizza! You will be treated to a bundle of exotic Italian delicacies, and the ones I had were truly commendable.The Homemade Ravioli was heavenly with a slightly smoky nuance to it. Apart from that, the Lasagna, Grilled Meatloaf, Stuffed Fish with Mushrooms, the Broccoli Salad, and that sinful Apple Cinnamon Cake were the show stealers among a plethora of other dishes.The festival is live till the 31st August, 2019! Sayaji is an age old name in Indore’s restaurant business. That’s why Capers, the rooftop resturant in Effotel has always been great, in terms of both food and hospitality. The ambience is quite beautiful and in the monsoon sitting on a rooftop (partially covered) is just amazing! I tried the Italian festival recently and liked the selection of dishes. It was more than your usual pizza and pasta. There were multiple dishes like the Lasagne and the herb crusted lamb rack that were refreshing to see in an Italian menu. If i had to recommend my favourites, these would be the ones: Homemade Ravioli pasta (the best dish of the night in my opinion), Chat grilled meatloaf, both veg and non-veg lasagne, Herb crusted lamb rack, and the apple cinnamon cake (best dessert of the night).
