So I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is quite new and situated at a fantastic location. The breakfast buffet was simply awesome. Also, I ate at this in house restaurant once and ordered the grilled fish.I didn’t have too many expectations but the grilled fish served was totally worth it. Be it the quality, preparation style, quantity, or the taste, I was a happy soul after I finished this nicely done and European styled grilled fish.The fish served was Indian Salmon I think and was served on the heap of mashed potatoes with some stir fried veggies on the side, everything was cooked to perfection and tasted really well.
Great ambiance, good food!I had buffet lunch on Sunday.Dahi papdi chat and white sauce pasta was amazing. From mains loved exotic veggies Chinese Style rest was also good. Desserts were to good – plum cake was out of the world.. soft, perfect taste and gooey. Another dish that I like the most is walnut halwa. Imarti was also perfect.Overall I had a great time.
