Recently I was in indore the vegetarian food capital of India if I may dare say.I happen to chance upon going to this place recommended by a friend of mine. Great ambience and amazing food. Specially loved the dal and panner vegetables and the very fresh roti hot and fluffy. The staff too was very attentive. It’s good for the soul

A hidden treasure deep in the heart of Indore! If you’re in the hunt for a change of pace from traditional Indian food then try this little gem of a place in Indore. Mangal Bistro offers an eclectic mix of western style food similar to any Western style Italian bistro but splashed with Indian spices and flavour. Service is excellent, the menu is completely in English and the value for your money is comparable to any other western themed restaurant in India. Would definitely visit everytime I come to Indore.

Eating at Hotel Mangal City is always a delight! Their North Indian food is sinful – creamy and exactly the correct level of spices. Their Chinese food, especially the Manchurian and garlic noodles is consistently fantastic. They need to add more main course items in their continental menu though, burgers for example.
