Hi Zomato,This is Rajesh from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Today I ordered an item (Paneer Tikka) using Zomato app at 7:37 PM from FOOD PLANET at Mangal City, which is around 0.5 kms away from my home.After not having the food delivered untill 9:00 PM I called them up and they mentioned several baseless reasons like raining etc. and waited untill untill 9:30 and I asked them to cancel the order as it was not worth having the food by then and we were bound to order food calling a restaurant.I believed Zomato works professionally but its a serious disappointment, so I look forward to have a decision from your end. At the same time I tried to reach your chat support but it was not working.It was an amount of Rs. 215.28 paid using paytm, kindly settle the amount and I will be done with Zomato.I look forward to hear from you.
