I came here with great expectations. Only that, I couldn’t swallow what I put in my mouth. Maybe my standard’s are high; but if you’re here for actual chocolate, I beg you to not come here.
Let me begin by stating that ‘Chocolate Room’ in C-21 has all the ingredients to be a lovely little café. It looks nice, has lots of variety of chocolates. However, this is where the niceties end. Quite simply, the shop is appalling. This is the opinion at which I have arrived after sampling a range of items from across the menu on couple of visits.I am a Chocolate fanatic, I have experienced different ‘hot chocolate’ around the globe. But when I visited ‘Chocolate Room’ to try regular Hot Chocolate as well as flavoured Hot Chocolate at their premises and it was terrible, I was very disappointed, a customer could make much better at home rather than having at ‘Chocolate Room’. I will never recommend anyone to visit ‘Chocolate Room’. In comparison to Starbucks, Costa I will give ‘Chocolate Room’ 0.1 out of 10.In order to ensure that this review serves more as constructive criticism and less as a furious rant, I have attached a list of suggestions which you may consider implementing:1) Change your Hot Chocolate recipe/supplier – Chocolate should not be something with which I can cement a wall together.2) Change your chocolate powder for ‘Chary Hot Chocolate’ so they taste of Chary/chocolate and not of flour – it was way more denser may be because of your recipe or made with too much powder, which has ruined the overall taste of the finished product. Obviously this is not flavour fault if you don’t make them on the premises, but you should feed this back to your head office and/or manufacturer.If you do something about all this, maybe I will return one day. Until then, ‘Chocolate Room’ will forever remain a chasm of disappointment, cloaked by the misleading promise of a nice Chocolate.

A fresh experience in Bhopal when I got to know that they serve Cheese Fondue. Average service, set up in a mall, but it can be called to have a fairly romantic setup.
Such a poor quality preparation and dishes. They will ruin your dishes to extreme. We ordered the pastry with ice cream and hot choclate sauce. Chocolate sauce was not warm, it was very scarce, preparation was disgusting. I even complained to there customer care but guess what no response till present date. Don’t visit here.
