Very good food at reasonable rates. The place is not so big, but clean. We ordered Fried rice and manchurian, costed less than 400 for 4 of us. The taste is something one must visit here.It is located on the main Colaba Causeway Road famous for street shopping. It is near Strand Cinema, little ahead of Colaba Best Bus Depot. Walking there from Gateway of India, experience Heritage structures of Mumbai.
Ambience is not much to talk about, but the food makes up for it. Butter chicken is good. Chinese items like fried rice and hakka noodles are good. Dabba gosht is a must try but rotis are not up to the mark. Service is amazing.
Their Speciality is Chicken Chopper rice which i will give a big thumbs up to as it has got that spice which I probably love so a great dish to taste here one can easily fill their stomach
A good and very old place kept in that old fashion which is quiet amazing and make this place a attraction like the whole area which is vintage must visit
Café Paris at Colaba is s regular restaurant serving Mughlai and Chinese food at very affordable prices and the portions are quite good too. We ordered the paneer bhurji which was very well made and almost similar to egg bhurji. The dabba gosht (mutton) was very well made and had quite a lot of mutton pieces in it. Not oily at all unlike most other places I’ve had this dish. The butter paratha and chapattis were quite thick but nice in taste. The caramel corn was a bit off the mark in taste though it was nice and soft in texture. The sweet lassi was okay too. Had a black tea which was quite good too. Total bill Rs400/-. Ambience may not be very good as it is a cheap place but the food is good in taste and portion sizes are good too. Definitely worth home delivery or takeaway if you don’t want to sit and eat there.
A place from where I order quite often. The serving quantity is great. The taste, not so much. Chicken manchow soup is delightful. One can find here some amazing greasy, desi, Chinese dishes. Nothing outstanding but 100%value for money.
A Place Nearby. A Place We Order Everyday From. Chinese Varities Are Really Good. Simple And subtle. The Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice And Hakka Noodles Are Really Good. Not On Spicy Side But Good. And All Time Favorite – Chicken Manchow Soup.
