Useless to place orders via Zomato on this restuarant. They first accept the order then they cancel it at the last moment saying it was a mistake. We wait for an hour and it is quite embarrassing in front of your guests. Not a professional attitude. Even small eatery’s don’t do this. Nor is Zomato answerable. Pretty hopeless

Craving for some good sizzlers? Head to Cafe Royal in Colaba.Amidst the honking of cars and chaos of Mumbai, once you step in this establishment the noise drowns out and you’re greeted with some good subtle retro music from the Eagles, Bobby Dylan and so on. The ambience is good and cozy. They have a full bar available and that’s just a plus.What I ate:-I had the personalised sizzler instead of the set sizzlers. Cube steak in mushroom pepper sauce and also added prawns and a portion of mashed potato to it.The taste was on the mark. Steak was perfectly cooked and all the accompaniments like noodles, fries and veggies blended perfectly well with the sauce. The extra portion of prawns and mashed potato was adequate as well.Taste – 5/5Ambience – 4/5VFM – 4/5 (marginally experience)The food was delicious but a bit of a let down for me was the pricing. The steak sizzler cost about 750 but with the extra topping of prawn and mashed potato I was charged 1385.
