This place is a meat lovers dream! So far, I’ve had the humongous Chicken Thanos burger, the sweetish Old monk infused chicken burger, the Grandmamas chicken burger, Smoky BBQ chicken and Hot and spicy drumsticks in the past month. The Hot and spicy drumsticks are especially good, tangy, punchy and much better than any franchise fried chicken. Avoid the extra fries and coke option, the fries are limp and the coke is about 5 gulps worth. There’s a lot of creativity and passion in every dish, all of them left me full and satisfied. 10/10.
Part of Eleven Kitchens at CR2 mall, Indigo Burger Project has a variety of burger options to choose from. The staff is friendly and polite.I have tried the Mac n Cheese burger and the potato patty burger with chettinad spices.Firstly the buns in both the burgers were soft and nice with sesame seeds. The veggies too were fresh. The major issue was the patty. In the mac n cheese burger, I could barely taste any mac n cheese as the crust of the patty was very thick and too oily. It ended up making the burger taste too bland. Also the sauce was very sparse. In the potato patty with chettinad spices burger too the patty was below average.Overall tried it twice and didn’t have much impressive results. Less chances of returning back here.
