Really good food at Jia. We had a Jia Special roll (non-veg) sushi (recommended by Navin, our server) and it was fabulous. Especially loved the crisp fried fish roe on top and the topping. Delicious and highly recommended. We followed it up with Korean fried rice and some lamb which were also very enjoyable. The ambiance is very pleasant and the service is prompt.
Had dinner at the newly opened Jia by the owners of Royal China. For starters we had the Chilean seabass and lobster roll dumpling both of them being good. This was followed by the cream cheese roll which was average and the spider roll which was excellent. Prawn tempura was also well made. Main course was king prawns in XO sauce and shredded lamb. Both were very good. Dessert was super with the salted caramel verrine. Overall ambience was classy with good music. Service was excellent and pricing was 1700 per head without alcohol. I still prefer Royal China
