Too slow..everytime you have remind for your order ..i asked the waiter for boneless chicken but he served leg piece ..servicing in the restaurant is also too poor..it took them 1 hr to serve the main course after the starters..Even the payment was delayed at the time of transaction. Not worth going in this restaurant..they even don’t have English speakers to welcome or make guests comfortable. Pathetic and waste of money.
The staff at this place were very sweet and understanding! The restaurants ambience was very decent, loved the walk through the hotel just to get there as well! It’s got a nice vibe to it as well, the complimentary snacks were different types of papads which were accompanied with home made tomato sauce! Which tasted great, and had a nice texture and colour to it. The cocktails were very well done, smooth and not too strong, left us with a nice ring by the end of it. For the starters we had gotten the chicken malai tikka, which was SO well done! The chicken was properly cooked, not chewy and was marinated very well too! For the main course we had the ghost biryani, and it was very flavourful, the lamb was so soft, and tasted like pure bliss. The staff were very courteous and the prices were decent as well. Can’t wait to be back here!
There is one server, older in age, which I hope doesn’t host you. His courtesy level is much lower than the other “young” staff. He came out as overbearing and didn’t make us feel welcomed in the restaurant. The other staff was very kind. Hope you enjoy your meal here.
Ambience was great. Service was good. Food was average.. did not really live up to our expectations.. but yes if you would want to go for a fine dine experience at taj particularly for Indian food .. you could then pick this one up or you could easily give this one a pass !
This has been one of my favourite places to eat Indian food. The food served here is extraordinally good and fresh. The chickpeas salad and the veg dum biryani is amazing. Parat Pulav is mind blowing is worth giving a try.
Terrible food !! Can also say highly over rated. Paneer appetizer didn’t have taste. We ordered appetizer and main course together. Main course didn’t arrive until 1.30hr after the appetizers were served. Extremely slow and poor service. Had to keep reminding them about the order again and again. Not worth going at all !!
Fantastic Indian food. Taj lives up to its standards. Definitely try the Galauti kebabs and Seekh. they are simply out of this world. A great place to take international guests.
