Zomato kept the hotel timing open..order accepted by the resaturant..zomato valet on d way for food pick up.after 30 min an unprofessional customer service rep from haryana who dont even know to speak to customers and the way he spoke was unprofessional and says he cant do anything on the refund and wen i asked to speak to his manager he said not possible to speak to his manager..need to talk to chat support and disconnected the line..amount got debited and said will credit after 5 to 7 days..as a customer wen we order food and dis kind of indecency by zomato is not forgiveable..
