I ordered veg thali in dinner and it was too good. The food came in different packets. So there were 4 different pouches for chole, mixed veg, raita, daal and rice. Then they sent rotis and papad with salad and achar. The taste of chole wad too good and they were mafe north indian style which i loved. Quantity of foof was enough for two people.
O hated the way the manager spoke. I order a paneer biryani and sweets combo. They only delivered paneer biryani and when I asked them to deliver the sweets the manager clearly told me in a very arrogant way that he won’t deliver it. And when I asked him to deliver it later he said MADAM KABHI BHI NAHI DELIVER KARUNGA NA.
We purchased today paneer butter masala combe. You promissed contents in combo 1) gulab jamun, 2) roti ×2. But you did not give us it. I am not satisfied. Dont do this type of business in future. I will not purchase from Sheetal refreshments at all
I don’t remember from how many years I have been ordering or having food from here. Also in all our family functions they have been the caterers. There is no match to their food taste. For pure veg this is perfect choice for lunch/dinner with family and friends.
I am trying to be as polite and honest as possible. This is one of the very few pure veg restaurants in the area so decided to order. Cooking instructions were clearly stated during the online order, still Dal Tadka and Aloo Dum Kashmiri were extremely oily and spicy. You can see it in the pictures I uploaded. Totally Red with oil floating on the surface.In case of Aloo Dum, there was only 1 big stuffed aloo and lots of gravy. The aloo was also so soft that while serving it broke into pieces and got mixed into the gravy. We were not able to figure out which is aloo and which is gravy.Only thanks goes to Zomato timely delivery. Our online order was not accepted. The Zomato delivery person went there and manually got the order accepted.
Ordered paneer butter masala for a family lunch. The food was all oily. I literally had to drain all the oil before eating. When dipped the spoon I had to search for paneer. Every piece was crushed. It’s not the way PBM is made I think!
