I go to Bamboo Spice (that’s the actual name of the place) mainly for their veg manchurian when I craving hits. It’s made entirely from cabbage, so it’s really cabbage Manchurian but still good. I have tried their chicken crispy, which is decent.Got a garlic pepper chicken tikka today for takeaway. The marinade tasted good at first but seems like the garlic in it was still raw so that gave me a heartburn. Also, they failed to cook the chicken properly. Half of the pieces were bigger than they should be for making tikkas. They were dry and chewy on the inside. The smaller pieces were well-cooked and juicy though. So I hope they will work on that.Also, the new (apparently) guy at the counter should tone his smug attitude down a couple of notches while dealing with customers.
