The service is extremely lethargic and no one cares about the order. I ordered two pastas for takeaway recently. When I reached 20 minutes later, they were blissfully unaware of my order. Apparently someone else took the call and didn’t inform the guy at the counter. I waited for another 20 minutes after which I am informed that I can take only one pasta as that’s all they have (this was in the afternoon). The extra 0.5 is solely because the actual pasta is decent.
The food served here is of utmost quality. Tastes good too. The service is slow though. You may have to wait for around 10-15 mins for your sandwiches or milkshakes. They are costly but they do enjoy exclusivity at Nyati Unitree as they do not have competitors. They serve yummy pani puries though 😉
