We had ordered Chicken Kosha, Mutton Kosha, Luchi Aloo Dum and Kheema pav. It was delicious. A perfect place for a bengali cuisine. The people who serve are really sweet and value of money would never disappoint you. But the only bad thing about place is that you might not get Mutton most of the time. The rest is fantastic. You can go for a casual dinner or lunch without a thought.

Hot and Yummy! The name of the place itself gave me dual thoughts. Either the owner wanted his/her restaurant’s name to be simple and sweet, or he/she was very unimaginative to even care. Anyway, I found the name to be attractive, and coming across this restaurant on Uber eats, I ordered a VEG. THALI and an EGG THALI.Both of them consisted 2 sabjis, 2 chapatis, dal and rice, with some onion and lemon slices. The sabjis in the vegetarian meal were of mix veg and some panner gravy, while the egg one had delicious and thick egg curry and beans. The preparation style was bengali, and being a little bit familiar with it, I enjoyed the whole meal. The dal was a bit watery, but I choose to have the rice with egg curry, which had sufficient portion to be had with 4 chapatis. It was a nice meal I would say. A proper meal, which I had after quite a while that I enjoyed it throughly, and decided to visit the restaurant in person and check out its other stuff. The restaurant looks like its extended from a home, where the kitchen is inside and I think the owner stays there itself. There is a big open space, as big as the size of the restaurant itself and then there are around 6-8 tables in there. It was completely vacant when I got there, but for the 40 minutes I was there, 3 food delivery guys came to pick the order. I decided to go for DOUBLE EGG ROLL. After a wait of 15 minutes, it reached my table. Its size felt small, comparing with other rolls I have tried. Egg wrapped with the crunchy laccha paratha and filled with onions, like literally filled with it ( I don’t know why?) It was an average roll, nothing in particular mentionable. The restaurant gave out a sad vibe it felt. It was completely empty, but its good that their business is still on thanks to the food delivery apps on the web.Happy Burping!!!

Quantity was huge. Taste of food is good. I ordered fish thali. 2 pieces of fish. Enough of gravy. Daal and Alu jhuribhaja was also huge in quantity.

The review is solely based on the multiple times I ordered egg thali from this place using uber eats. They cost only 49 bucks with 10 rs delivery. 2 egg curry, dal, 1 veg curry, jhuri alu bhaja, 2 chapatis and rice. A full meal at such cheap rates is actually a great deal. I loved their veg curries, which sort of resemble bengali food. The egg curry consisting of deeply fried egg in a gravy too is homelike for many bengalis. Hence try using uber eats to order it from this place.

Let me be very straight. You can eat here first time by mistake. Second time due to majboori which was the case with me this time around. If you eat here third time them its a serious sin. Hygiene has to be the main issue here. Cmon cant you put in a decent wash basin? When customer go to the wash basin they see your ‘workshop’ and how things are strewn all over the place. Infact boiled potatoes and other stuff just lying around on the shelf for flies and insects and the entire space looks like a garbage dump. On top of that mosquitoes biting you at 2 pm in the afternoon. Now coming to food, nothing good to talk about. Can only say that the fish was fresh rest all stuff do not taste like authentic bengali food or for that matter even good in any sense. Salad is two slices of pathetic onion and if you are lucky then you may get 2 pieces of cucumber. Dont know how this place has a rating above 2! Avoid this place at all costs. Not able to understand how health inspectors give a clean chit to this place. Horrible!

Very good food and quality. I must say the taste feels like home. Kudos guys. But make food less Tikha. Chicken chilly fry and fish thali is a must try.
