I had ordered paneer chipotle through zomato and the order that I received was chicken pieces the phots of which are attached, also I was shocked how coldly zomato customer care people took this up. Absolutely no action taken inspite of complaint.

Ordered a paneer tikka roll on zomato for delivery. The paneer tikka was burned like charred sort of burned. The chutney was good but tikka was burned. Very bad 1st experience. Giving them 1 star because that’s the lowest possible.
