I placed a customised order of 6 cupcakes with a theme of travel for my travel junkie husband’s birthday. I have to admit, Cupcake factory delivered to perfection, the cupcakes were creamy salty with the perfect base of red velvet Nutella and blue berry. The fondue used for decor was not very thick or hard and for a change edible unlike what I’ve tasted before from others. Thanks Aditya.

Ordered from Cupcake Factory on the recommendation of a friend. Was extremely disappointed with what I received. The cupcakes came all topsy turvy. As the packaging isn’t firm enough to hold cupcakes in place for a take away. They were extremely sweet and the dough very gooey. Ordered the red velvet cupcake. Very bad frosting, not what’s traditionally used for red velvet but tasted like plain buttercream icing. The cake itself was only coloured red (bright red) with food colouring and did not have the taste of red velvet made otherwise using beetroot, ( which would be a nice dark maroon color)Nutella cupcake again same issue, ordinary buttercream, the cake extremely sweet and spongy to eat. For the pricing of the cupcakes the quality was very sub standard and not worth the price sadly.
The cup cakes are okay. The red velvet cupcake doesn’t seem to have cream cheese frosting though because it doesn’t have the typical flavour of cream cheese. They’re soft and quite artistic. Stay away from their Christmas cakes!
I would say the perfect place to order cakes and cupcakes from#cupcakefactory. In very less time everything was done so perfectly, thank you so much. 1.5 kg cake and 13 cupcakes in 3 days that too With such difficult demand of designs from my end. Price is bit high but at the end it is all about how your demand for creativity are, I would give 5 on 5 for taste for cupcake and cake. MUST TRY THIS PLACE FOR CAKES AND CUPCAKES FOR YOUR LOVE ONES AND SOMEONE SPECIAL IN YOUR LIFE. THESE PEOPLE LIVE UP TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Thank you so much.
5/5My friends’ and I have one go-to dessert place in town and this is it. Any celebration, be it birthday, anniversary or farewell, we go to Cupcake factory for the customised solution to our ideas and taste buds.Their cup cakes and cakes are just not Oh-So-Lovely in looks but they also taste Oh-So-Amazing!It’s for sure that one can’t stop at just having one;)
